Unit 1 : Introduction & Getting Started
In this first session together we will look at the various options available to publish your ebook, and why doing it yourself, using the same software that mainstream publishers use, is the right choice.

Unit 2 : Downloading & Installing the SIGIL Software
In this session we will download and install the free Sigil software that you will be using to prepare your manuscript and convert it to the EPUB standard format used by most ebook retailers.

Unit 3 : Converting to HTML & Importing HTML into Sigil
In this session I will show you how to take your Microsoft Word file, or a similar file format, convert it to clean HTML and then import the HTML into Sigil to work on your ebook file.

In this session I'll show you how to insert chapter breaks inside your Sigil file, and then convert these breaks into individual chapter files.

In this session I'll show you how to convert the EPUB file you created in Sigil into the mobi file format that you will need to publish your eBook in the Kindle store.
